Not so much for other movements - then the top move up because of the open cut on the sides. But nice and cool for running.

Very comfortable and the material is light and cool. It flares open when doing exercises like planking due to the slit on the side but it still looks great with a Burnt bra underneath

The best thing about this top is everything about this top ! The material is amazing and breathable , perfect for long runs in the heat or the short ones. Perfect length and the slits on the sides are a perfect touch.

Not the same quality as my other 3x Burnt Turbo Flow shirts. Sorry I didn't take the speed racer mint support tank instead...
