The built-in inner shorts prevent chafing, which has made a huge difference on longer hikes and during workouts. The short fits perfectly and moving is very easy. I love the silicone strip at the bottom of the tight that stops it from moving up

I recently bought these shorts, they are the most comfortable running/training pants I ever owned, the inners are so soft and comfortable, the outers with pockets work great for my phone, even while running the phone doesn't jump around too much. simply comfortable and stylish. I love them. think I need a whole collection of them :)
