These shorts are made for training. The 7-inch length is perfect, enough coverage while still allowing full range of motion. Squats, runs, leg day, circuits, no restriction, no riding up.

The fabric is lightweight and breathable, which makes a big difference during intense sessions. The waistband feels secure without being tight, and the overall fit is athletic without being overdone.
